UNRELEASED DICKIES COVER STREAMING
We've uploaded an unreleased track from the at a loss recording sessions to the Bandcamp. In honor of us getting to play with the Dickies on May 2nd, here's our attempt at covering Out of Sight, Out of Mind. (We didn't do it justice, so it didn't make it onto the record.)

CD RELEASE TONIGHT!
According to AustinTownHall.com, our new album is "a pop punk gem of a record". The CD release show is tonight at Beerland. If you can't make it to the show, you can purchase a CD or a digital download here. If you're waiting for vinyl, it should be available in June.
TIGHT BROS SPLIT GETS 7.1/10
Here's a review of our split 7" with Tight Bros from Scene Point Blank.
"This is a 7” for the Lookout Records-schooled pop fans out there, more in tune to vocal melodies and verse chorus verse and less into the whoa-ohs and dirty sweatshirts."

REVIEW OF CAP KIDS/TIGHT BROS SPLIT
Here's a nice review from Razorcake Issue #79:
CAPITALIST KIDS, THE / THE TIGHT BROS: Split: 7”
Both Capitalist Kids and Tight Bros play first class, 1990s pop punk in the vein of Squirtgun. It’s precisely the sort of record that can be used to confront anti-pop grumps with a rock solid “bet you can’t listen to this without dancing” proposition. There’s nothing but aggressive joy here. If those of us who don’t hate fun have our way, pop punk is coming back, goddamn it! –Art Ettinger (Toxic Pop)

ONE QUESTION INTERVIEW
Jeff was asked one question for Scene Point Blank's One Question Interview series. Unfortunately, it was not a question he had an answer for. So, like the great Sarah "I may not answer the questions the way that either the moderator or you want to hear" Palin, he talked straight to the American People.
